While on bike you must ride with traffic. You MUST WEAR YOUR HELMET at all times while on the bike! Please keep a careful eye out for hazards such as uneven pavement, gravel roads, muddy areas, street traffic and other teams.

Observe "Mandatory Dismounts" This means get off and walk or jog with your bike.  While on foot you must stay on sidewalks when available and off the street. YOUR SAFETY IS YOUR FIRST CONSIDERATION.

Provided Life Jackets are mandatory for the water portions of race.

At each challenge station you will complete the challenge and one member of your team must get your bib number marked to show completion of that station. Your team bib numbers will be the same but only one team member wears the bib that must be marked at each station. The other team member's bib has your drink and food tickets attached. Challenge Station Captains are the final authority for all decisions at that station. Their goal is to help everyone have a good time, run a fair competition and keep things moving.
